The epic Yellowstone prequel 1923 has stormed back onto screens for its highly anticipated second and final season, with Hollywood icons Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren reprising their roles as Jacob and Cara Dutton.
This time, the stakes are even higher as the Duttons face their toughest battle yet. Tensions in the Montana highlands are about to reach a boiling point, with an all-out war on the horizon. As if that weren’t enough, the brutal winter shows no mercy, threatens the survival of everyone caught in its icy grip.
Spencer Dutton must embark on a treacherous journey back home, fighting against time – and deadly obstacles – to save his family before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Alexandra sets out on her own perilous transatlantic mission, determined to reunite with Spencer and reclaim their love.
Speaking exclusively to RadioTimes.com, Timothy Dalton – who plays ruthless tycoon Donald Whitfield – promised an “epic” climax to 1923.
“I think we’ve done it very well,” Dalton said of the final episode. “It’s an epic piece. There are so many stories happening, wonderful stories that are coming together in a great way.”
Expect familiar faces to return for this final chapter, along with some intriguing new arrivals poised to shake up the Duttons’ world.
