Gordon Ramsay to open 100th restaurant this May
The celebrity chef is launching Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London, which is already home to Lucky Cat and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London is due to launch this May, marking the group’s 100th restaurant opening.
The 59th-floor restaurant features in the recently released Netflix docuseries, Being Gordon Ramsay, and follows the opening of Lucky Cat at 22 Bishopsgate and the Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High in February 2025.
Launching on 6 May, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate will offer an all-day dining menu, starting from 6.30am on weekdays, curated by executive head chef Kamarl Rees John.
It will also serve afternoon tea seven days a week, with the diner remaining open until 3am between Thursday and Saturday to host DJ sets. The venue has a dedicated sports bar with a 24-hour licence for guests to enjoy a global selection of live sport.
The new menu features more than 35 dishes, including lobster benedict, Galician T-bone steak and Meyer lemon cheesecake.
For the first time, guests will have the option of a tasting menu consisting of snacks and five courses. Two additional set menus will be available for large groups.
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, with outposts across China, Singapore, Dubai and the UK.
This spring, the celebrity chef is also due to open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at the Cumberland hotel in London’s Marble Arch.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global was founded in 1998 and has since become one of the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in the UK, with more than 30 restaurants.
It also operates more than 60 restaurants across the US, South Korea, France, Singapore and numerous other international destinations. To date, the restaurant group holds nine Michelin stars.
