A video circulating on social media shows a rare moment in the career of renowned chef Gordon Ramsay – dubbed the “king of hot kitchens” in the culinary world. In the clip, he is enjoying a dish prepared by a contestant during the MasterChef auditions . Everything seems normal until the contestant smiles and says her dish “has a special ingredient.” When Ramsay asks what it is, she replies: “Breast milk.”

At that moment, the famous judge almost froze for a few seconds, then unexpectedly spat out the entire piece of mac and cheese in his mouth. His expression was a mixture of astonishment and bewilderment, while the entire crew and onlookers couldn’t help but laugh at this “one-of-a-kind” incident.

According to the food website Eater, Gordon Ramsay later recounted this “haunting” experience when appearing on The Late Late Show with host James Corden. During the conversation, Corden asked Ramsay about the worst food he had ever had to eat while filming cooking shows. The chef revealed that, despite having experienced countless “disasters” in the kitchen, nothing could compare to the mac and cheese made from breast milk that he once tasted.

“It was sweet, and I thought she used almond milk,” Ramsay recounted. “I even complimented the cheese topping, saying it was pretty good, and asked, ‘What did you use to make this?’ And she said, ‘It’s my breast milk.’”
