Talking about this nude scene on Entertaiment Weekly, the actress shared: “The last time I was naked in Game of Throne was season 3. It’s been a long time. Now it’s the 6th movie. But the nude scene also made me feel stronger. And I’m proud of this scene because there’s no need to use stuntmen.”
Emilia Clarke also admitted that the nude scene in this part 6 is easier than the nude scene in the previous part. Because it was done with the actress’s control.
“Undressing is not a simple thing. But thanks to the magic of technology, I can control that. In the first season, I had to do a nude scene in the middle of a cliff,” she said.
To film this scene, Emilia Clarke was filmed separately by the director in a closed studio in Belfast, Ireland. Meanwhile, other actors performed the scene of the burning barracks in Spain. Then, the filmmakers put these two scenes together.
