Thanks to an interview from Edmonton’s playoff game, we now know that Jaleel White will be playing a pirate in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, and it sounds like the series will debut this November or December on Disney Plus.
White is most known for his role as Steve Urkel on Family Matters, a TGIF sitcom staple back in the late 80s and and 90s. In the clip he explains that he would spend two hours a day in a makeup chair to become a pirate for the Skeleton Crew series. It’s not clear if he will be a major player, or more of a cameo type of role, but the man who played Urkel is now in Star Wars.
