Blue Bloods has wrapped up and some of its stars are already embarking on new ventures, including Bridget Moynahan, who played Erin Reagan.
Bridget Moynahan’s character, Assistant District Attorney Erin Reagan, often seen as cold-hearted and stoic, found her happy ending in the final episode of Blue Bloods last year.
Despite their rocky relationship, Erin and Jack Reagan (Tony Terraciano) managed to reconcile their differences by the season 14 finale, walking arm-in-arm.
Fans were thrilled when they heard the couple discussing plans to remarry in a private ceremony at City Hall, which they would announce to their families afterwards.
Now, after leaving her role in the iconic police procedural, actress Bridget Moynahan is busy with an entirely different project.

According to the 53-year-old star’s IMDb page, Moynahan will be starring in the upcoming drama Original Sound.
She’ll share the screen with actor Eric Stoltz, known for roles in Bull, The Butterfly Effect, Madam Secretary and Blue, among others.
Perhaps his most recognized role was as drug dealer Lance in Quentin Tarantino’s iconic film Pulp Fiction, where Stoltz’s character was good friends with John Travolta’s Vincent Vega.
Bridget Moynahan and Eric Stoltz are teaming up with a stellar cast for the upcoming drama Original Sound, which includes Disney’s Laura Marano from Austin and Ally, Ted King known for General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful, and Power’s Luis Antonio Ramos.
The plot of Original Sound is tantalizing: “A down on his luck aspiring musician gets his big break at the big time when an up and coming singer agrees to collaborate with him after she is caught stealing his song.”
While the film is still being polished in post-production, fans are eagerly awaiting any news on when they can expect its release.
Although Blue Bloods has come to an end, Donnie Wahlberg isn’t hanging up his badge just yet; he’ll be returning as Danny Reagan in the anticipated spin-off Boston Blue.
With Moynahan immersed in her role for Original Sound, speculation is rife about whether her character Erin might make an appearance in Boston Blue, set to premiere later this year.
