Alabi’s Agent Dani Rhodes is set to appear in FBI‘s April 1 episode titled, “Covered,” and TV Line has released a first-look image of Alabi in action. The episode will see Scola and Rhodes teaming up to track down and plug a leak endangering undercover agents. The images show Rhodes apprehending a supposed perpetrator with another shot capturing her and Scola involved in an important discussion. The premise for the episode sees the team dealing with a security breach which endangers undercover agents. Even the identity of Maggie (Missy Peregrym), who has been working with an eco-terrorist group, has been blown. To plug the leak and prevent the death of agents, Rhodes, who also previously had her cover blown, is brought in to assist.
Agent Dani Rhodes Will Prove To Be A Great Addition
Since Kane’s departure early on in the season, Scola has flirted with a number of partnerships. The show brought on Agent Syd Ortiz (Lisette Olivera) for a brief stint, and after that didn’t work out, Scola began working closely with Maggie. Looking ahead to the introduction of Alabi’s character, Peregrym previously previewed Rhodes for the April 1 episode and future ones, saying:
“That’s Dani — going undercover is her expertise. She gets pulled out of the situation she’s in early on and helps the rest of the team solve this case. She’ll definitely be in the rest of the season, and she’ll become Stuart Scola’s latest partner.”
While “Covered” will provide Scola with the opportunity to finally get a new partner, the episode will also see the reunification of the Maggie and OA (Zeeko Zaki) power duo. The pair have vast experience working together. However, that has not been seen much this season, but the upcoming episode is poised to change that. This reunion will, however, be extremely intense. “We spend a few episodes disconnected from each other with the episodes off… So our reunion is very high stakes, and it’s going to be really fun to get to give that moment to the audience when it comes,” Zeeko revealed in a previous chat.
