On today’s General Hospital recap:
Willow gets home to find half naked Jacinda in her bedroom and Drew passed out in bed. Jacinda says Drew needed to blow off steam and not to be too hard on him. Drew wakes up, confused, but Willow says his date just left and runs out.
Curtis and Laura discuss the article in the Herald along with Lulu’s footage of Congressman Cain rabble rousing. Laura wonders how Drew had such a huge error in judgement. Curtis says Drew is radioactive now to everyone including Ezra and may no longer be a problem for Laura.
Portia’s celebrating Drew’s drunken downfall and thinks he’ll be busy cleaning up the mess. Nina feels terrible for Willow because she’ll be devastated but Portia says she needed to get Drew away from them.
Jack pays Sonny a visit to let him know he cleaned up the mess but he’s leaving now that Jason is here. Carly updates Jason that Sonny is alive, thanks to Brick. Carly heads in to sit with Sonny. Jack tells Jason he knows about the woman who tried to kill Sonny. He says he’s investigating who hired her, but it was from the dark web, just like with Selinsky.
Carly tells Sonny she’s going to stay and watch over him, but he says he doesn’t need her to do that now that Jason is here. Sonny says Donna needs her and he’ll heal better if he knows Donna is ok. Carly agrees to leave, and he thanks her for getting him through it. Jack offers to have Carly fly with him back to Port Charles.
Jason tells Sonny that they’ve brought in more security for him and the family. Sonny says Mike sent him the message to get out of the business. Jason says they need to get rid of whoever is trying to kill him and whoever gave the orders.
Kai checks into the hospital for his surgery and lets Felicia know that there is a camera crew that will be documenting everything. Kai is surprised that Drew isn’t at the hospital since the project was his idea and Felicia offers to get rid of the crew if he wants.
Josh, from the documentary crew interviews Portia who says they are lucky to have Dr Mohander and that it could improve Kai’s ability to play. She says she sees a bright future for him. Trina and Kai discuss the documentary and how they’re going ahead with it, despite Drew’s absence. Josh has Trina sign a release so he can interview her as well as Kai.
Curtis checks in with Portia, who tells him about the documentary crew. The two discuss how Drew didn’t show up and Curtis is surprised Drew would hurt Willow.
Lulu wants to speak with Alexis about adoption, but Alexis is on her way to take care of Scout. Lulu apologizes for giving The Herald her footage on Drew but Alexis blames Drew. Alexis is surprised by Drew’s behavior, and Lulu mentions he was super drunk and out of control.
Lulu stops by to see Laura who congratulates her on the piece in The Herald. Lulu says she just sent in the footage and their writers wrote the piece. Lulu worries she’ll be seen as a tabloid journalist and wants to focus on her adoption story. She asks if she can interview Laura.
Laura says she wasn’t really adopted as she was switched at birth and had two families. She talks about Lesley and how she felt relief when she told her that she was her bio mother. Laura says it wasn’t easy and for a time didn’t want anything to do with her. Laura says she wonders what it would have been like to have a normal childhood but loved both her mothers.
Lulu asks if Laura believes birth parents and children should be reunited but Laura says each case is different. Laura wonders why Lulu is so attached to this story.
Jacinda updates Nina and Portia on what happened after drugging Drew and how he passed out once she got him home. She says Willow got an eyeful when she got home. Nina gives her the payment and tells her to go underground.
Alexis gets to Drew’s as he is trying to figure out what’s going on. She says she’s taking Scout to stay with her. He says he has no idea what happened because last night is a total blur. Alexis shows him the video footage
Drew says he doesn’t recognize the woman and swears this is the first time he’s been black out drunk. Alexis wants to take Scout until this mess gets sorted out, so Drew agrees. He finds his phone and Jacinda’s bra under the couch.
Willow comes crying to Nina saying she had no idea what was happening. Nina says it’s all over social media. Willow recognizes the woman in the photo as the woman in Drew’s bedroom.
Willow worries about the kids and can’t believe Drew would hire a prostitute. She s certain there must an explanation. Nina says Drew has lost control and asks about his alcohol consumption. Willow wonders if she’s been blinded all this time and this might be who Drew really is.
Drew comes knocking on the door.
