From On-Screen Brother to Real-Life Dad: “Young Sheldon” Star Montana Jordan Welcomes Baby at 21

Montana Jordan – the actor who plays Sheldon’s brother in the popular sitcom – has just welcomed his first child with girlfriend Jenna Weeks.

On Instagram on May 22, Montana Jordan shared a photo of himself holding his baby and revealed the little angel’s name as Emma Rae Jordan. He wrote: “God has blessed me with a beautiful baby girl. Emma Rae Jordan, Mom and Dad love you forever.”

The 21-year-old actor was flooded with congratulations from fans and colleagues. Iain Armitage, 15, who plays Sheldon Cooper, congratulated his on-screen brother: “I can’t wait to meet her! I’ve always loved being an uncle! So happy for you.”

Montana Jordan has been dating social media star Jenna Weeks since 2020. The couple announced they were expecting a baby in January this year with an ultrasound photo.

Montana announced his fatherhood just days after finishing seven seasons of the hit CBS comedy Young Sheldon . Montana plays Georgie Cooper, the older brother of physics prodigy Sheldon. Unlike his genius brother, Georgie dropped out of school early and became passionate about business. Georgie is also a playboy and had a child with his girlfriend when he was young.

Montana Jordan was 14 years old when she starred in Young Sheldon ‘s first season , which aired in 2017. The final episode of season 7 aired on CBS on May 16.

Earlier this month, Jordan revealed that he would star in a spin-off about Georgie’s little family, which will follow a young couple raising a child in Texas, USA, while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting and marriage. The show began filming in July and aired in September.
