Sadly, SEAL Team will continue after season 7, with the finale set to begin in August 2025. SEAL Team season 7 will premiere Sunday, August 11, at 3 a.m. ET/2 a.m. CT/12 a.m. PT on Paramount+. The streaming service plans to release the first two episodes of the season — “Chaos in the Calm” and “Chaos in the Calm Pt. 2” — on the same day. However, after the two-episode run, Paramount+ will return to releasing SEAL Team season 7 episodes weekly at the same time (midnight PT).

Paramount+ has ordered 10 episodes for the final season of SEAL Team, matching the number of episodes in season 6. As mentioned above, the first two episodes will be released on the same day (August 11). After that, Paramount+ will return to releasing one SEAL Team season 7 episode per week with no breaks between episodes. So fans have nine weeks to prepare to say goodbye to the military drama and its beloved characters.

After the first nine episodes of season 7, Paramount+ is set to release the series finale of SEAL Team on October 6, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. PT.
