The final season of SEAL Team will get a head start on the competition this fall, debuting on August 11, 2024 on Paramount+. Episode one of Season Seven, “Chaos in the Quiet, Part 1,” will premiere on August 11, along with episode two, “Chaos in the Quiet, Part 2.” The remaining new episodes of the 10-episode finale will be streaming on Sundays.
Season Seven stars David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes, Neil Brown Jr. as Ray Perry, A.J. Buckley as Sonny Quinn, Toni Trucks as Lieutenant Lisa Davis, Raffi Barsoumian as Omar Hamza, and Beau Knapp as Drew Franklin.
“Chaos in the Storm” Part 1: After protesting to Command for better health for the warrior, BRAVO is forced to stand down and is eventually sent to Sweden for an unimpressive mission. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Davis is chosen by Admiral Rivas to lead a new special operations initiative.
“Chaos in the Storm” Part 2: BRAVO finds himself on the scene of a terrorist attack in Sweden, and Jason narrowly survives a phone call. Lieutenant Davis issues an ultimatum to her new unit, and a family member unexpectedly delivers a mysterious warning to Drew.

The series follows the lives of the Navy SEALs’ most elite unit as they undertake dangerous, high-risk operations to protect the country at great cost. In the final season, Jason Hayes (Boreanaz) struggles to balance his life as a soldier with his responsibilities as a single father. His trusted second-in-command, Ray Perry (Brown Jr.), wonders if he can leave the battlefield as he nears retirement.
Dedicated doorman Sonny Quinn (Buckley) battles the changing tides as Jason and Ray’s shifting focus means other teammates must shoulder more responsibility. Both Omar Hamza (Barsoumian) and Drew Franklin (Knapp) find throwing themselves into work an effective way to escape their traumatic pasts.
