Which Blacklist Character Matches Your Zodiac Sign?

After the show’s long period of silence, fans of NBC’s The Blacklist have a reason to smile now that details about season 10 have finally been revealed. The show is set to return on Feb. 26, 2023, and the events of the new season will transpire across 10 episodes.

Hopefully, new characters will be added to either replace or work along the existing ones. Among the main characters that already exist on the show, a number of them come off as very relatable, especially when their mannerisms are analyzed using the 12 zodiac signs.

12. Aries – Kathryn Nemec, aka Mr. Kaplan

People that fall under the Aries constellation are brave, bold, competitive, and passionate. They are impatient, impulsive, and occasionally reckless too, characteristics that Mr. Kaplan can be identified with.

Declaring war against Raymond Reddington is a brave thing for anyone to do but Mr. Kaplan does so when she realizes his interests no longer align with hers. Frequently walking to the dozens of crime scenes that Red leaves behind, and cleaning them up, is also something that only someone with extreme courage will do. But despite being one of the fan-favorite Blacklist characters, Kaplan always angers those watching by risking everything whenever the threat revolves around Katrina and Liz.

11. Taurus – Dembe

The reputation of Taurus members is that of dependability, dedication, and practicality. Buried beneath these amazing traits are stubbornness, obsessiveness, and naivety. On the show, Dembe is the quintessential Taurus.

Red lives a rather risky life, but he can always count on Dembe to protect him. Additionally, it’s admirable how Dembe always shows up whenever Dembe calls. Still, Dembe seems naive by supporting everything Red does, even in instances where there is a question of morality. On the show, he often appears to be a bit too obsessed with Isabelle and Elle too.

10. Gemini – Jolene Parker

Geminis are great at adapting. They are charming, innovative, and funny too. Contrariwise, they are double-faced and inconsistent, just like Jolene.

Few TV characters come up with fake stories better than Jolene, and the fact that she isn’t actually “Jolene” but a wanted criminal named “Lucy Brooks” shows her double-faced she is. However, what she does is admirable too as it proves she can easily adapt. After all, few can fake their deaths and go about their business without any worry.

9. Cancer – Raymond Reddington

Cancer is commonly known as “The Maternal Zodiac Sign” because members are extremely caring, loving, and compassionate. But they are no angels as they can be possessive, spiteful, and deeply sentimental too. Such attributes fit one of the smartest Blacklist characters, Raymond Reddington.

Red’s maternal nature glows because of his relationship with Liz. The father-daughter bond between them is heartwarming and even on occasions when she goes against him, his love for her never dwindles. But it’s not just Liz who benefits from Red’s caring nature. Dembe does too. Sadly, Red’s good deeds are often overshadowed by his tendency to ruthlessly pursue his enemies.

8. Leo – Samar Navabi

Leos always beam with optimism and confidence, just like the Mossad operative, Samar. They happen to be self-centered, overly aggressive, and egoistic too.

Samar is often quick to take on cases because she never doubts that she’ll get to the bottom of things. Even early in the series when everyone doubts that Reddington will be captured, she remains positive and easily tracks him using a tie he bought. But Samar doesn’t do all she does because she values the law. She does it for herself, as her actions are inspired by honoring the memory of her dead parents.

7. Virgo – Don Ressler

Most workaholics are Virgos and so is the FBI agent, Don Ressler. Virgos are also analytical by nature hence they can always be counted on to solve problems. Their only undesirable traits are rigidness and obsessiveness.

Ressler never rests until a criminal is caught, and he makes sure it’s all done by the book. Attempts to convince him to bend the rules often lead to him clashing with fellow agents. Since doing his job is the only thing that matters to him, he is one of the Blacklist characters who have never changed.

6. Libra – Aram Mojtbai

Libras are diplomatic and friendly like the cyber expert, Aram. For this reason, they tend to be perfect team players. As for negative attributes, they are self-indulgent and passive-aggressive.

Aram has been very reliable when it comes to aiding the FBI field agents. It’s also because of the friendly nature that he has been able to attract so many love interests, resulting in some of the best Blacklist relationships. Still, most of these relationships fail because Aram has a habit of making himself emotionally unavailable

5. Scorpio – Tom Keen

Scorpios are determined, opportunistic, intuitive, and self-driven. They are also malicious, vengeful, and ruthless. In The Blacklist, a number of these traits fit Tom.

Tom’s determination is evident through his relationship with Liz. Even after being fired by Red, he refuses to let her go hence he settles for a quitter life with her. However, Tom is more than happy to keep secrets, even from people he loves, and this is something that makes his life complicated.

4. Sagittarius – Elizabeth Keen

Sagittarians are known to be chatty, flexible, loyal, and adventurous. They can be cunning and blunt too, just like Liz.

Liz enjoys adventure, that’s why she gets to be a profiler, card shark, asset, and fugitive. She doesn’t shy away from investigating her own husband too when she discovers he’s keeping deep secrets from her. The thrill of it keeps her going. Regrettably, she can be a bit too blunt with people that care about her, a trait that is best seen through her interactions with Red.

3. Capricorn – Harold Cooper

Capricorns are at their best when they are guiding, ordering, planning, advising, and enforcing. They, therefore, make the best rulers and bosses. The only bad thing about them is that they are condescending too. Such attributes belong to the FBI director, Harold Cooper.

At the Post Office black site, Harold has a record of many good decisions that led to serious threats being neutralized. There is a human side to him too hence he always relates well with his agents. Unfortunately, the frustrations that come with dealing with Reddington often drive him to the edge, making him take out his anger on the subordinates.

2. Aquarius – Alina Park

Aquarius is “The Smart Zodiac Sign” because members are intelligent and progressive. They are rebellious and pessimistic too, like one of the task force’s newest hires, Alina.

As soon as she is introduced, Alina does her job in a rather unconventional manner. She shoots Red in the arm to save someone else and almost strangles Newton Purcell before being stopped by Liz. Though her methods help the task force make progress, she only acts the way she does because she believes no good can come out of dealing with criminals.

1. Pisces – Meera Malik

Pisces is “The Artistic Zodiac” because members are not only creative but are also thrilled by the unusual. Pisces members are good=hearted too but at the same time, they are sensitive, careless, and indecisive, just like the CIA’s Agent Meera.

Thanks to her ability to notice the little things, Meera is a better crime solver than everyone around her. Regrettably, she isn’t as good at keeping information as she is at getting it. Meera shocks fans several times in the series, notably when she accidentally provides information to the terrorist, Anslo Garrick.
