Days Star Cherie Jimenez Shines at Surprise Premiere of Guns & Moses

In a short amount of time, Cherie Jimenez took over the role of Days of Our Lives’ Gabi and made the part her own. She recently celebrated her first year in the part, and she’s moving forward full steam ahead. While playing Gabi is a full-time gig, Jimenez has contributed to other projects as well. She recently had the good fortune to participate in the premiere of one of her films and had a grand time doing it.

An Impromptu Q&A Session

Jimenez wrote on Instagram, “Yesterday I went to go see [Guns & Moses] on the big screen & it was truly one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had. I am feeling so eternally grateful to have this milestone in my career & to make it even more magical I unexpectedly ran into both @accidentaltalmudist & @ninabeth13, who wrote & directed the film. They were there for a surprise Q&A after which I got the chance to join in on 🍿🎥 ✨.”

Along with that wonderful news, she shared several pics and a video. It began with her standing outside the cinema, next to the poster for Guns & Moses, and was followed by a brief video as she entered the theater and showed her tickets. She even got a fun screenshot of her name in the film’s opening credits, as well as a picture of her with director Salvador Litvak and co-writer Nina Litvak.

An Action-Packed Time

According to the film’s IMDb page, “A beloved small town rabbi in the high desert becomes an unlikely gunslinger after his community is violently attacked.” Al Calderon, who plays Gabi’s cousin, Javi, excitedly responded, “MY MOVIE STAR 😍😍😍.” Other castmates who commented included Tina Huang (Melinda), who wrote, “👏👏👏 Congratulations super star!” and Ashley Puzemis (Holly), who commented, “YASS so happy for you Cherie!!! Can’t wait to see it🌟.”

Jimenez had previously posted about the film on Instagram, stating, “Proud & honored to be part of telling this incredibly important story with a dream cast & crew portraying the Beautiful Paulina Rosne.” The fans were incredibly happy for Jimenez’s major career milestone and couldn’t wait to see it.
