Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) went from ‘Just Friends’ to ‘Maybe Friends With Benefits’ when she kissed him on Friday’s show. Now, come the new week, Sarah isn’t as confident as she was before. Sure, she and Xander (Paul Telfer) are separated, but she doesn’t know if she’s ready to go around smooching new men. Especially Brady. So Sarah says sorry. But is she really, seriously, awfully apologetic?
And, while Sarah is trying to figure out where she stands with Brady, her soon-to-be (?) ex-husband, Xander, is having an encounter of his own with Gabi (Cherie Jimenez). She’s not kissing him. She is chastising him. But, really, does it make a difference? Some of Salem’s hottest romances started with conflict… and led to canoodling.
EJ Pulls Out The Big Guns
Belle (Martha Madison) used what she knew about EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) past to challenge Johnny (Carson Boatman) on the witness stand. So EJ used what he knew about himself and Belle – namely that they were sleeping together – to…challenge Johnny on the witness stand. And then ask for mistrial. Belle is most displeased. And she spends a second day telling EJ as much.
Turning to Marlena
No natter what he does, Chad (Billy Flynn) finds himself in the position on playing hero for Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). It’s time to do it again – this time outside an elevator. But does Chad realize her issues are more than he can handle alone? Is he about to turn to Marlena (Deidre Hall) for some professional reinforcements? She takes on a new patient. But maybe it’s just because she’s skipped going into work so many times, she needs the money….
