First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Marlena is surprised when EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) sticks a subpoena in her hand. We’re not sure why. After all, she is the professional treating him for the memory loss surrounding the shooting. Plus, during their session, he specifically remembered it was a female who shot him. She should have expected him to use this to create more reasonable doubt.
Of course, we see where this might be an issue as well. Surely, the fact that EJ is father/victim/defense attorney all in one, it could easily be argued he’s lying to help his son/client. And the fact that the professional is also the grandmother of the defendant probably won’t look good, either. We’ll see how it all plays out.

Elsewhere, Cat decides it’s time to pay Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) back for something. Obviously, she wants to repay him for the care he gave Cat and her sister when they fell ill. And she probably also feels like she owes him for that impulsive kiss. It did force him to stay clear of his kids a little while to make sure he wouldn’t be contagious. We honestly don’t think Chad will feel it’s necessary, but don’t expect that to stop Cat.

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Sophia has been going through it lately, and now she wants to vent. Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes) will listen as Sophia spills to her. We saw a scene in the one promo where she complains that things haven’t gone the way she thought. Which means Sophia is still pining for Tate Black (Leo Howard). We think she needs to get over it and move on to someone better who will actually love her. And it sounds like Ari will agree, based on what we saw of them in that preview.
Even so, we’re not going to see the end of this infatuation any time soon. That same promo showed Sophia trying to snap a photo of Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), which will likely be part of some plan to come between her and Tate.
