Yellowstone’s Perfect Replacement Might Be On This Western TV Channel You’ve Never Heard Of

If Yellowstone fans are missing the series, they can look to one unexpected TV channel to get their fix of Western dramas. It has been almost a year since Taylor Sheridan’s show ended, but the Western genre is still very much thriving. Even Netflix is trying to produce Yellowstone replacements, and the aforementioned TV channel is wholly dedicated to Westerns.

Even though the Yellowstone universe lives on via a wide variety of spinoffs, it’s unclear when any of them will premiere. From Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler’s sequel series to The Madison, there is a lot to look forward to for fans. In the meantime, though, those who miss the Paramount Network show can check out INSP for their Yellowstone fill.

INSP Has Reinvented Itself As A Go-To Destination For Western TV Shows

The Channel Has A Wide Variety Of Westerns

INSP, formerly known as The Inspiration Network, has become a central hub for all things Western. Audiences can find some of their favorite cowboy TV shows and movies on the channel, including reruns of classic TV series like Gunsmoke and old films like The Rare Breed. However, while INSP primarily airs ready-made content, the network also releases original scripted Western TV shows.

Some of INSP’s original series include Blue Ridge: The SeriesElkhorn, and The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger. And this only scratches the surface of what the channel has to offer, as it has successfully cornered the market on Western shows, both new and old. So, if one is looking to fill the Yellowstone-shaped hole in their heart, INSP is the answer.

It Has Several Great Scripted Original Westerns If You’re Missing Yellowstone

Yellowstone Ended In Late 2024

As mentioned above, INSP has many original scripted Western TV shows that serve as great replacements for Yellowstone. But the channel also features unscripted content. For example, Ultimate Cowboy Showdown is a reality competition series structured to find the ultimate cowboy (or cowgirl), and Taylor Hicks “tastes his way across America” in State Plate. There’s truly something for everyone.

Yellowstone may be gone, but its legacy lives on via not only its spinoffs but also other TV shows, like those on INSP. Taylor Sheridan’s show has revived the Western genre and inspired other networks and streaming services to produce similar TV series. Consequently, Yellowstone fans will never run out of Western shows and movies to watch, even years after it ended.
