When one thinks of a real-life daytime couple the first that comes to mind is General Hospital’s Laura Wright (Carly) and Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter). The couple has been dating for over eight years and has allowed their fans to go along for the ride by sharing various photos and videos of their adventures. Every year, there is one particular day that each of the stars post about and that’s their significant other’s birthday.
On October 6, to celebrate Ramsey’s special day, Wright posted nine photos of her “handsome fella” and shared lyrics from Colbie Caillat’s song “Brighter Than the Sun,” which goes as follows… But I found this love, I’m gonna feed it, you better believe I’m gonna treat it better than anything I’ve ever had ‘cause you’re so damn beautiful. Read it, it’s signed and delivered, let’s seal it. Boy, we go together like peanuts and paydays, Marley and reggae.”
She then finished the post by stating, “And everybody needs to get a chance to say… Happy, happy birthday to my handsome fella. I love our life — you’re simply the best!” She also made it clear that the message was from their sweet pup “Kimba too,” to which Ramsey replied, “I love you, baby. Thank you.”
It wasn’t too long ago when Ramsey paid tribute to Wright on her birthday. Last month, he shared, “Happy birthday to the light of my life, the twinkle in my step and the best friend I could ever ask for. I wish you knew just how much you inspire us all, my darling. Thank you for sharing your special spirit with the world and thank you for the beautiful life we share together. I love you, Laura.”
