Former ‘Young Sheldon’ Star, 19, Rocks the Red Carpet in Stylish Two-Piece Set

Mckenna Grace is making a name for herself as a rising fashion icon.

The 19-year-old actress and singer, who is well-known for her role in the hit sitcom Young Sheldon, graced the red carpet in Berlin, Germany, on Monday, October 12.

The star turned heads as she rocked a black two-piece set at the premiere of her upcoming film, Regretting You, at Zoo Palast. The stylish look appeared simply chic in the front, but made a statement in the back via a large bow that cascaded down to the floor. She paired the fun-loving look with a pair of classic black heels.

Grace’s Regretting You costar, Mason Thames, joined her at the fashionable event as the pair posed for photos.

The upcoming romance drama, directed by Josh Boone, is set to hit theaters on October 24.

In addition to Grace and Thames, the cast includes Allison WilliamsDave FrancoWilla FitzgeraldScott EastwoodSam MorelosClancy BrownLuke Pierre Roness, and Ethan Costanilla.

According to its IMDb description, the movie “centers on the strained relationship between young mother Morgan Grant and her teenage daughter Clara, exacerbated by Morgan’s husband Chris’s tragic death, forcing them to navigate life’s challenges together.”

Grace played the role of Paige Swanson in Young Sheldon, joining the cast during season 2 of the hit show.

Her recurring role continued through season 6. She did not appear in the series’ seventh and final season, reportedly due to her busy work schedule.

In a May 2024 interview with TV Line, executive producer Steve Holland said, in part, “People online respond to Paige and I think that’s because Mckenna is incredible. The downside of Mckenna being incredible is that Mckenna is a movie star—and that makes Mckenna very difficult to get.”

Young Sheldon—which is the successor of the uber-popular series, The Big Bang Theory—debuted on CBS on September 25, 2017, and concluded on May 16, 2024. It is now available for streaming via Netflix and HBO Max.

“In this lighthearted comedy series, a 9-year-old genius navigates life while attending high school in his Texas town,” its Netflix description states.
