Shemar Moore got his fans feeling emotional after sharing his latest update, as his young daughter Frankie visited him on the set of S.W.A.T. Exiles for a fun day together.
On Oct. 22, Moore posted a new video on Instagram that he captioned, “Daddy – Daughter day!! Frankie’s first set visit to @swat.headquarters and she came ready to put in work 🥊😜😂😅.”
In the video, a car arrived on set, with Moore’s ex-girlfriend Jesiree Dizon getting out and sharing a hug with the actor. Moore then opened the back seat to take out his little girl, whom he and Dizon welcomed in January 2023.
While Frankie looked a little tired, she quickly cuddled into her father and kissed him. The video included moments throughout her visit, with Frankie helping Moore with his makeup and trying out some boxing as she made friends with others on set.
Dizon’s older daughter, Charli, whom she shares with actor Stephen Bishop, was also there having a good time with her mother and little sister.
Fans immediately fell in love with the sweet clip, with replies like, “Fav reel u have ever posted!!!!! My heart is full watching this❤️,” and “This just made my day. Absolutely adorable ❤️.”

More supportive comments read, “We need more fathers like him pure love heavenly made😍😍🙌🙌🙌,” and “Beautiful family time on the set!”
Another fan complimented Moore and Dizon on their co-parenting, writing, “Its so awesome how you and her mom are showing her how two people can still be great parents even if they aren’t together!!” Dizon and Moore broke up in January after around five years together.
The former couple remain friends and often connect as they raise Frankie together. For example, back in August, the two attended a WNBA game with their daughter. At the event, Frankie also got to meet Moore’s former Criminal Minds co-star Kirsten Vangsness in a sweet moment.
