Justin Hartley’s Number 1 Tracker Helps CBS Dominate Fall Premiere Ratings

Justin Hartley (ex-Adam, The Young and the Restless; ex-Fox, Passions) is the star and an EP on the hit CBS show Tracker, and the drama just keeps winning in the ratings. In a press release from the Eye Network looking at Nielsen’s live+7-day multiplatform data for the premiere week for this season (Oct. 13-19), CBS’ primetime programming is out ahead of other networks in total viewership at this point in the season. And that’s in no small part due to Tracker‘s success.

Tracker is CBS’ top primetime series, nabbing 13.0 million viewers. That’s up 17 percent from the show’s last season premiere a year ago. CBS also has seven different series with a viewership of 8 million or more, led by Tracker. The network also has four of the top five series, including Tracker.

Tracker is currently on its third season, and recent episodes saw fan-favorite actor Jensen Ackles (ex-Eric, Days of Our Lives) return to the show as the brother of Hartley’s character Colter.
