Days of Our Lives recap for November 24, 2025.
Leo Refuses Gwen’s Offer
Leo meets up with Gwen in Horton Square. He tries to engage her like a friend but she’s not interested. Gwen wants to know if he’s considered her offer to track down Dimitri. He says he is turning down her offer and Gwen is quite disappointed. Leo says he has a new love who makes him feel like he’s home and is also very busy. Gwen pushes him in terms of the long lost love of it all and as an investigative journalist. Leo says he is far too busy dealing with all the DiMera drama with Tony and Kristen.
Leo thinks since Gwen is shacking up at Casa DiMera she might know something. Gwen says she knows nothing but thinks the Dimitri story is a genuine scoop. Leo is unconvinced as he is more interested in the DiMera debacle. He says he doesn’t give a damn about Dimitri anymore, but Gwen thinks Leo doesn’t want to face his unresolved feelings. Leo disagrees and makes his exit.
Rachel Admits She Shot EJ on Days of Our Lives
Brady asks Rachel what she did as Sarah struggles to breathe and they all look for the epi pen. Rachel flashes back to shooting EJ as Brady tells Sarah she’s going to be okay. Rachel says she is so sorry and they figure out she changed her order to pistachio ice cream. Just then, Javi and his paramedic partner arrive on the scene. Javi asks how the attack happened. Roman wants to take the blame but Brady says he is certain it wasn’t his fault. He turns and glares at a very distraught Rachel.
Kayla meets up with Belle at University Hospital. She says Marlena is doing better but they are still awaiting the results of the Lyme disease test.
Marlena is in her room when EJ arrives to see her as she promised Susan she would check in on her. Marlena says she’s not okay and shows him the story of Kristen’s escape. He has no clue why his sister escaped prison. Marlena is furious as she chose to take the fall for Rachel and wonders what’s going to happen… Just then, Belle and Kayla march in and want to throw EJ out. Marlena says she is good and tells EJ to give Susan her love. With that, he exits.
Kayla thinks Marlena will probably be good to go home for Thanksgiving, if she continues to improve. She notes Marlena’s blood pressure is a wee high and wants her to get some rest. With that, Kayla and Belle exit.
The paramedics arrive with Sarah and Kayla escorts them into a room. Rachel asks Brady if Sarah is going to be okay, but he doesn’t know. Rachel sees EJ and quickly runs off to the bathroom. Afterwards, Brady sits down and tells Rachel they have to talk about what happened with Sarah. Rachel admits she knew Sarah was allergic to pistachios and poisoned her. He doesn’t even know what to say to his daughter. Rachel says she tried to stop Sarah, but Brady just can’t hear what she’s saying.
Kayla returns to the lobby telling Brady, Belle and Rachel that Sarah is getting better. Belle leaves with Kayla to go check on Marlena. Brady tells Rachel she is very lucky as she could have killed Sarah. Rachel says she doesn’t know why she did what she did. She was worried about her mother and grandmother and then she read the article about Sarah kidnapping her. Rachel thinks she is a bad person and says she doesn’t know everything she’s done. Brady pushes and Rachel says her mommy didn’t shoot Uncle EJ, she did.
Javi and Leo Get Honest and Sexy
Javi is eating lunch when Leo arrives home and the two get all adorable. Leo grabs some pistachios which leads Javi to telling him about saving Sarah (without naming the person as he knows HIPAA!). They chat a bit more and Leo says he decided not to go look for Dimitri because he doesn’t want to see him. Javi pushes back and wonders if seeing his former beloved might stir feelings and wants him to be honest. Leo says he spent a very long time dealing with his feelings for Dimitri and also blames him for the destruction of his relationship with Gwen. He is very happy with Javi and doesn’t want to do anything to disturb his happiness. With that, they kiss and head to the bedroom for sexy time.
EJ Warns Gwen He Can Make Her Disappear on Days of Our Lives
EJ arrives home to find Gwen pouring some dark liquor. She admits Leo has refused her offer to chase after Dimitri. EJ pushes her to try try again. Gwen knows Leo and is intent on making a name for himself by figuring out where Tony and Kristen are. EJ rants for a bit about how much he is dealing with now and the last thing he needs is that obnoxious twerp to poke his nose where it doesn’t belong. He promises she can go missing just like his brother and sister.
Marlena and Sarah Contemplate Their Next Steps
Marlena’s heart rate and blood pressure are off the charts. Kayla says the antibiotics aren’t working as they hoped and they are going to need to implant a temporary pacemaker. Marlena is down and tells Belle it’s all good.
Sarah is resting in her room when Kayla arrives to check on her. They chat a bit about how she was poisoned and Kayla says Maggie is on her way. With that, she exits leaving Sarah to contemplate all kinds of things.
