For the Ramsays, fertility has been both a blessing and a battle. After welcoming four children naturally — Megan, 26; twins Jack and Holly, 24; and Tilly, 22 — Tana experienced several difficulties, including a painful miscarriage in 2016 that deeply affected the entire family.
