Raegan shared with USA TODAY, “Being able to contribute to the ever-growing, amazing collection of queer literature is such an honor, and very exciting.” Remarkably, they wrote most of the book during breaks between filming Young Sheldon. “I would hide my laptop on set, and whenever they said ‘cut,’ I’d pull it out and write as fast as I could, then stash it again before they yelled ‘action.’ That’s how I probably wrote half the book,” Raegan recalled with an enthusiastic smile.
