Chicago Med season 11, episode 12 features some amazing guest stars from hits such as XO, Kitty and The Walking Dead: Dead City.
You’re going to notice quite a few familiar faces checking into Gaffney Chicago Medical Center in the twelfth episode of Chicago Med season 11. The latest season of NBC’s hit medical drama continues to bring in amazing guest performers week after week, and the episode 12 guest cast is certainly no exception to this rule!
It’ll be a Netflix crossover of sorts, as NBC has tapped Anthony Keyvan from Netflix ‘s hit romantic comedy XO, Kitty for a special guest appearance in the episode. Keyvan is set to play med student Quentin Khani who is one of three medical students appearing in episode 12, “Spill Your Guts,” as they shadow Dr. Charles over the course of the episode.
Keyvan is best known for playing Q in Netflix’s beloved romantic comedy series which continues the story of its To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before film trilogy. In addition to his role in XO, Kitty where he plays the title character’s scene-stealing bestie, Keyvan appeared in Hulu’s romantic comedy-drama Love, Victor, playing the role of Rahim across the show’s last two seasons. The Rookie fans might also recognize him from his guest arc on the show as Diego de La Cruz, the son of a major drug trafficker who was killed in the crossfire during a major season 3 storyline.
The trio of med students shadowing Dr. Charles across the episode are rounded out by Brianne Tau and Kirrilee Berger.

Tau is best known for playing Margot in Prime Video’s I Know What You Did Last Summer series, with additional credits for roles in Netflix’s film Uglies and playing Alex Portnoy in the series Light as a Feather. Meanwhile, you might recognize Berger for her work in series such as Grown-ish, Just Add Magic, and K.C. Undercover and for her voice work as Poppy in Butterbean’s Cafe.
Also guest starring in the episode is a familiar face from AMC’s Walking Dead universe! Fans can look forward to seeing Mahina Napoleon guest starring as Kiana Keilani, a young woman brought through the ED and treated by Frost and Asher. Napoleon is best known for playing Ginny in the Walking Dead spin-off series The Walking Dead: Dead City, which will return for a third season this year. NCIS fans will also recognize Napoleon from her work on NCIS: Hawai’i where she played Julie Tennant, the daughter of Vanessa Lachey’s Jane Tennant.
Rounding out the guest star cast is Drew Moerlein as Steve and Michael Masini as Enzo Pagliano. Moerlein will be voicing Captain America in the upcoming video game Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra and has also appeared in guest starring roles in NCIS: New Orleans and Blue Bloods, as well as the 2023 rom-com Stars Fell Again. Meanwhile, Masini might look familiar thanks to his role as Richie Rominick on Days of Our Lives, and his guest spots in hits which include The Night Agent, Birds of Prey, Law & Order: SVU, SWAT, and 911: Lone Star.
Finally, fans can expect to see Orlagh Cassidy back as Miranda Lewis, the Gaffney board member who will need emergency treatment while on a flight with Goodwin and fellow members of the hospital leadership team.
