Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is known for his coarse language, kitchen meltdowns and brutal staff takedowns. But when it comes to his home life, you may not be so up-to-date (unless it’s to do with neighbour disputes about his Cornish mansion, of course).
Thankfully, a new, behind-the-scenes Netflix docuseries titled Being Gordon Ramsay has just landed on the streaming platform, allowing us to peek behind the curtain (or perhaps ‘apron’ is more fitting).
The highly anticipated new show follows the Michelin-starred chef as he embarks on his “most ambitious project” yet — the opening of three restaurants, a bar, and a cooking academy at London’s 22 Bishopsgate.
Viewers also see scenes with his wife Tana, whom he married in 1996, as well as their six (yes, you read that correctly) children.
Here, we break down the Ramsay clan.
Gordon and Tana Ramsay’s children
Megan Ramsay, 27

The eldest of the Ramsay children, Megan, is a police officer and pretty much stays out of the public eye these days.
That said, the Oxford Brookes graduate previously appeared on her dad’s show, Hell’s Kitchen.
Her love life was also dissected by her pa on The Kelly Clarkson Show back in 2023, when he told the host her boyfriend was “a bit wet”. Poor girl!
Holly Ramsay, 26 years old

Model and influencer Holly Ramsay runs a podcast called 21 & Over, designed for those who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt and mental health.
She recently tied the knot with British Olympic swimmer, Adam Peaty, in 2025. The wedding was held at the gorgeous Bath Abbey, and the social media star wore a laced Elie Saab gown for the ceremony, then switched into her mother’s 90s wedding dress for the couple’s first dance.
Jack Ramsay, 26

Up next is Jack: the fraternal twin of Holly (above), who, since 2020, has been in the Royal Marines.
Similar to his sisters, he has also appeared on TV before — only his foray into the world of entertainment was not cooking-related, but rather about being a nepo baby in the 2019 docuseries Born Famous. He does not appear in the new Netflix documentary Beign Gordon Ramsay.
Matilda (Tilly) Ramsay, 24 years old
Arguably the most well-known of her siblings, Tilly not only participated in 2021’s Strictly Come Dancing when she was just 19, but she also frequently appears on Celebrity Gogglebox with her dad.
Following in her father’s footsteps, Tilly is a chef and has written her very own cookbook.
She rose to fame as the host of the CBBC cooking show Matilda and Ramsay Bunch, which ran for five series from 2015 to 2019. Tilly is joined in the documentary by her boyfriend Henry Farrow, whom she met at university and has been dating since 2022.
Rocky Ramsay
In 2016, Gordon and Tana Ramsay shared that they suffered a late miscarriage, losing their son Rocky at five months. Talking about their loss on the Postcards from Midlife podcast in 2024, Tana said, “I still suffer so much guilt. Did I, should I have known something? Should I have done something differently? It’s one of those things that some days you’re absolutely fine, and you can kind of justify it.”
Tana adds that his siblings still talk about their brother, who was stillborn. “Even Oscar now, he talks about Rocky, his brother in the sky or his star. And he’ll come out with things like ‘I really don’t like him being there. Why can’t he just come here?'”
Oscar Ramsay, 6

Little Oscar may be just 6 years old, but already he’s on Instagram — and stealing hearts, we might add.
Speaking on the SmartLess podcast last year, the chef revealed that his wife, Tana, had banned him from the room while she was giving birth.
“My wife didn’t want me in there,” Ramsay shared with the hosts. “She said, ‘First of all, I want my mum and your mum in here. You’re not going to f***ing see me in that state. Okay. That side of the curtain — get out of there’.”
“So that was her decision, I had to respect that decision,” he continued. “And then when I did finally arrive in the theatre for our fifth baby, I f*** collapsed like a wimp, and I blacked out holding Oscar in the air.”
Jesse Ramsay, 2
Finally, the newest member of the Ramsay family is baby Jesse, who’s now 2 years old. Just like his older siblings, Jesse already has social media (though there aren’t any posts – yet).
Born in 2023, Ramsay shared Jesse’s arrival on Instagram, hinting he would be the couple’s last child together, saying, “3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”
