The truth is that there was a ‘cursed’ film that director Herbert Ross ordered destroyed immediately without explanation.
In the funeral scene that brought tears to millions, amidst the overwhelming atmosphere of grief, the camera inadvertently captured a detail that should n’t have been there : A seventh figure standing silently behind an ancient tree in the distance.
Remember: There were only 6 actors on set at the time. 🚫 
Leaked post-production sources reveal that, upon reviewing the rough cut, the entire crew was chilled to the bone because the figure wasn’t in the script and wasn’t a crew member. The director panicked so much that he ordered the film reel burned immediately, fearing a “deadly omen” would befall the cast.
Was it just a technical glitch, an intruder, or actually a spirit ‘visiting’ this hypothetical funeral? To this day, the disappearance of that footage remains a haunting mystery. 😱
