In the upcoming episode of NCIS Los Angeles, Deeks and Kensi’s investigation will take a life-threatening twist.
Although CBS’ long-running crime drama NCIS: Los Angeles is coming to an end, things continue to heat up for the skilled agents. In Sunday’s episode, Marty Deeks (played by Eric Christian Olsen) and his wife Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) will find themselves in the line of fire during a brutal ambush.
NCIS LA will officially come to an end with the season 14 finale on Sunday, May 14.
As the series gets closer to its last ever episode, viewers are eager to see how the procedural drama will meet its dreaded end.
Even though the series finale is fast approaching, the team of brave agents continues to tackle criminal cases involving the Marines and the Navy.
Thankfully for fans, bosses released an insightful synopsis, which read: “The NCIS team is tasked with assisting NCIS’ cold case homicide unit with a case from 2003 and a missing Navy petty officer.
“Kilbride and his son, Alex, work to rebuild their relationship.”
NCIS LA also unveiled a sneak peek trailer of the episode which shared a glimpse of Deek and Kensi in the midst of an action-packed scene.
During the clip, the couple who also work together approached a mysterious house seemingly discussing their daughter’s extra-curricular activities.
As they stepped out of the car, Kensi listed: “no girl scouts, no academic decathlon, no choir, and the other one?”
“Ceramics,” Deeks responded, as Kensi continued: “Yes, what the heck is wrong with ceramics?”
To which Deeks asked: “What kind of maniac let minors use a kiln?”
As Kensi labelled him “unbelievable,” Deeks knocked on the door and announced: “Jen Anderson? NCIS, we just need to speak with you for a second.”However, Kensi drew Deeks’ attention to the shifting curtains which signalled somebody was home.
Moments after she warned: “Deeks,” he ducked for cover as gunshots were blasted from inside the house.
Radioing the team, the agents stated: “We got shots fired,” as Kensi disclosed: “I’ll take the b back.”
