CBS has released various looks for the premiere, but no proper trailer yet that shows what’s next for Missy after the traumatic Young Sheldon season 6 finale. Despite that, Revord is offering an update on what to expect from her character when the new season of The Big Bang Theory prequel begins.

What Missy’s Young Sheldon Season 7 Emotional Scene Could Be?
Young Sheldon season 7 has several plot lines to tackle to ensure a satisfying finale. It’s difficult to predict if the show can address all the remaining plot points, considering its shortened year. Regardless, there are a few known options for what Missy’s emotional scene may be. For instance, it could be her possible reconciliation with her mother and Sheldon, when they come back home from Germany. Secondly, it may be Sheldon’s farewell episode, in which he moves to Pasadena, California. However, this scene may be saved for the series finale, but the episodes could be filmed in non-chronological order.
Out of all the narrative options, the most likely possibility is that Missy and the rest of the Cooper family deal with the death of George. As established in The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon’s dad died when the titular character was 14 years old, which coincides with the current Young Sheldon season 7 timeline. The family comedy-drama already skipped the character’s cheating scandal, which was supposed to happen in season 6, so they can no longer ignore another big Cooper family event.
Missy is particularly close to George, so his death will have a massive impact on the only Cooper daughter.
