We really can’t handle another Linda Reagan situation…
Blue Bloods is a hit for many reasons, but primarily because the cast is so good. Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, and Will Estes all solving crime and later uniting around one dinner table? No wonder we can’t stop watching! Thankfully, we don’t have to curve our binging habits any time soon, as the show has been renewed for a season 10. The possibly bad news, though, is that Tom said he was only offered a one-year contract, which gives us pause about the show’s future. But besides that minor blip, it doesn’t appear any of the actors are leaving ahead of the September 27 premiere. (That said, we all remember the shock of Amy Carlson’s exit, so you can never be too sure.) Here’s everyone we believe to be returning to Blue Bloods this fall.

CBSDonnie Wahlberg as Danny Reagan
Danny is the oldest Reagan sibling, who is still recovering from the shocking death of his wife, Linda (Amy Carlson). Though Danny can be a hothead, he’s also a loving father and is willing to find common ground with his enemies. Donnie is known for his band, New Kids on the Block, and his sweet relationship with his wife and Masked Singer judge, Jenny McCarthy.
CBSBridget Moynahan as Erin Reagan
Erin is a major player in the D.A.’s office and oftentimes finds herself at odds with her detective and police officer brothers. Though the single mom always wants to help her family out, she’s primarily dedicated to doing what’s right. Off the small screen, Bridget is a parent to her son, Jack, who she shares with ex-Tom Brady.

CBSVanessa Ray as Eddie Janko
Eddie can cause a bit of a divide amongst Blue Bloods viewers. She’s clashed with Erin—and Jamie, for that matter—a handful of times, but her well-meaning attitude has also made her popular with the rest of the Reagan clan. While the show is on hiatus, Vanessa’s been spending her time relaxing and showing off her seriously impressive beach bod.
CBSLen Cariou as Henry Reagan
Henry was chief for a time before Frank, but now he serves more as a wise consultant during the legendary Reagan family dinners. Len has been in the industry for years and has even won a Tony Award for his part in Sweeney Todd. Another fun fact about Len? He used to date Glenn Close!
CBSSami Gayle as Nicky Reagan-Boyle
Erin’s daughter has really grown up on the show and lately has been more involved in her family drama than ever before. Though she sometimes puts her mom in a tough position, the two are very close—even amidst boy troubles. Actress Sami’s other claim to fame was playing Mia in Vampire Academy.
CBSMarisa Ramirez as Maria Baez
Maria is Danny’s partner in crime, and most are hoping she’ll become his romantic partner, as well. Before Blue Bloods, Marisa was on several shows like Bones, Body of Proof, and The Young and the Restless.
