CSI, Blue Bloods, NCIS, Young Sheldon and More: Here’s When Your Favorite CBS Shows Are Back Post-Strike

More than 15 CBS shows will return in February 2024, starting immediately after the Super Bowl

Viewers don’t have to wait too much longer for new episodes of fan-favorite CBS shows.

Less than a week after the end of the SAG-AFTRA strike, CBS announced on Monday that more than 15 series will return — including Blue Bloods, Young Sheldon, CSI and more — in February 2024.

The network also announced the debut of a few new additions, starting with Justin Hartley’s new drama Tracker in the highly coveted, post-Super Bowl time slot on Sunday, Feb. 11. Hartley is producing the series based on Jeffery Deaver’s novel The Never Game, and he stars as survivalist Colter Shaw, who uses his unique skills to solve mysteries.

Monday, Feb. 12 promises a mix of returning comedies and procedurals with the The Neighborhood‘s season 6 premiere, Bob Hearts Abishola‘s season 5 premiere, the season 21 kick-off of NCIS and the season 3 premiere of NCIS: Hawai’i.

All three FBI series return on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and Thursday, Feb. 15, welcoming back Young Sheldon for season 7 premiere, Ghosts in its third season and So Help Me Todd for its sophomore year.

S.W.A.T. has its season 7 premiere on Friday, Feb. 16, followed by Fire Country‘s second premieres and the season 14 premiere of Blue Bloods. Sunday, Feb. 18, sees the season 4 opener of The Equalizer and the season 3 kick-off of CSI: Vegas.

One more new drama can be expected in February: Elsbeth, a legal drama based on The Good Wife character of the same name. The series debut, starring Carrie Preston, will follow So Help Me Todd on Thursday, Feb. 28.

And it’s not all drama. CBS has already teased their reality TV returns, too. Survivor’s 46th season is slated for a two-hour premiere on Wednesday, Feb. 28. A few weeks later, The Amazing Race will kick off its 36th season on Wednesday, March 13.

Two CBS series don’t have premiere dates set yet—the Kathy Bates-led Matlock reboot and Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr.’s comedy Poppa’s House, which is currently planned to join the roster sometime during the 2024–2025 season.
