“America’s Got Talent” season 19 just wrapped up the second stage of the competition.” In this round, 44 acts were divided into four groups for four weeks of performances, all in the hopes of advancing to The Finals. Series judges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel were on hand to hand out Golden Buzzers as well as compliments and complaints.
Quarterfinals 4, which aired live on NBC on September 3, saw Simon single out the duo Sebastián and Sonia for the Golden Buzzer, which ensured them a spot in The Finals. Three of the other 10 acts will make the cut when America’s vote count is revealed on September 4.

8:17 p.m. – After reminding us how bad of a mood Simon was in last night, hating on so many of the performances, with a recap of the performance show, Terry brought out Tonikaku and Illya & Anastasia Strakhov to reveal that danger balancing act Illya & Anastasia are the first act to place in the top five for the week.
8:19 p.m. – Next, in a singing showdown between L6 and Pranysqa Mishra, the act to place in the top of America’s vote was 10 year old Pranysqa.
8:28 p.m. – Comedic magician Jonathan Burns and quick change artist Solange Kardinaly were brought to the stage next to learn that only Solange is still alive in the competition as part of the week’s top five.
8:30 p.m. – Then, between Stephanie Rainey and Erica Rhodes, it was comedian Erica that earned her spot in the top five of the votes.
8:36 p.m. – The final spot in the top five was between the Aussie dance group Brent Street and singer Oscar Stembridge and it was Howie’s Golden Buzzer act Brent Street that was still in the competition.
8:48 p.m. – With the top five named, Terry’s next move was to narrow the field down to the three acts that placed high enough to advance to next week’s Semi-Final round. From that group of five, the first act to officially advance in the competition was Pranysqa.
8:50 p.m. – The second act to make it into the Semi-Final was Solange.
8:58 p.m. – With only three acts left to learn their fate, the final act to make it into the Semi-Final was Brent Street.
