NCIS LA’s Daniela Ruah Faces Filming Fiasco: “Oh God”

NCIS: Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah, known for her role as Kensi Blye, recently shared an amusing mishap from her return to filming Season 13. As the CBS drama takes a mid-season hiatus to make way for the Winter Olympics and due to a recent surge in Omicron cases, the cast has resumed work on new episodes.NCIS: LA: Where were Kensi Blye and Marty Deeks in latest episode? | HELLO!

During this break, Ruah and her co-stars, including Eric Christian Olsen and Chris O’Donnell, have been working diligently behind the scenes. While Medalion Rahimi shared a smooth behind-the-scenes glimpse from her day back, Ruah’s return was marked by an endearing blunder.

On Instagram Stories, Ruah posted a video from the set, where she jokingly captioned it, “Totally focussed on day 1…@NCISLA.” As she recorded, singing, “Back in action on NCIS LA…” a sudden shout of “Set!” from the crew interrupted her. Realizing filming was about to start, Ruah panicked, quickly turning off her phone and exclaiming, “Oh God, we’re set to go!”

Despite the humorous interruption, the incident did not derail the filming process. Ruah swiftly put her phone away, ensuring that her slip-up did not affect the shoot.NCIS Los Angeles: Who was Kensi's partner before Deeks in NCIS LA? | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV | Express.co.uk

The episode will feature the NCIS team assisting a US ambassador in locating her missing daughter, a popular social media influencer, with Agent Aliyah De León making a return to support the team.

For more updates and behind-the-scenes peeks, Ruah’s followers are eagerly watching as the new season unfolds.
