Sunday was a special day for the Ramsay family as Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana took to Instagram to celebrate their eldest daughter Meg’s birthday with fans. The celebrity chef shared four new family photos, including a heartwarming image of him with Meg. He captioned the post: “Happy birthday to this gorgeous nugget, you’ve grown into the most amazing young lady. Love you! Pan down Meg, there’s a Vodka tonic in front of you @megan__ramsay. Daddy xxxxx.”
Tana also shared a photo of Meg from a cliff-top walk, writing: “Happy happy 23rd birthday Meg!!!! Love you xxxxxxx.”
Gordon and Tana, married since 1996, are proud parents of five children: Meg, twins Holly and Jack, 21, Matilda, 19, and little Oscar, who turned two in April.
In a recent interview with HELLO!, Tana spoke about family life and revealed that Oscar, the youngest, is quite the character in the household. “Well, he definitely has a strong personality, let’s put it that way!” she said. “He’s hilarious and a blessing to us all. He’s figured out how to play one off against the other, and that’s not just Gordon versus me—it’s everyone. If someone says ‘no,’ he just moves on to the next person and tries his luck.”
Tana, reflecting on being an older parent with prior experience, noted, “It’s easier to sit back, relax, and laugh with them. Having one child now is certainly easier compared to having four under the age of four.”
When asked if they would consider having another baby, Tana responded, “I love babies, and I think I’ll still be saying that when I’m in my 70s! I don’t think I’ll ever reach a point where I’d say, ‘Oh my god, never, ever, ever again,’ but for now, I count my blessings and enjoy every single moment with this one.”
