Ghosts Season 4 Story Update: Showrunners Confirm One Spirit Won’t Discover Their Powers In New Episodes

Ghosts showrunners Joe Port and Joe Wiseman have confirmed one spirit isn’t going to discover their powers in season 4’s new episodes, despite the long wait for them. Ghosts season 4 is expected to include some big changes for Woodstone Bed & Breakfast, including a new threat in the form of the Puritan ghost Patience (Mary Holland). The premiere will also be focusing on the group trying to find Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones) after he was captured by the vengeful newcomer. It will also be the first batch of episodes since season 2 to run for a full 22-episode season.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Port and Wiseman confirmed Ghosts season 4 likely won’t include any spirit powers for Hetty (Rebecca Wisocky), the lady of the manor who died in 1895. This is seemingly because of the number of events happening this season, which will include 10 major characters, guest stars, and many storylines. One even involves Pete (Richie Moriarity) learning more about his power to leave the mansion, and Sass (Román Zaragoza) continuing to enter Jay’s (Utkarsh Ambudkar) dreams.
