Everything to Know About ‘FBI: International’ Season 3
FBI: International is arguably the most scenic installment of the FBI franchise. It follows the International “Fly Team” from the Federal Bureau of Investigation as they investigate and neutralize crime and terrorism abroad, specifically in an effort to protect American citizens. The team is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, and the majority of the crimes are investigated in Europe, where most of the show is filmed (CBS spares no expense when it comes to Dick Wolf).
How did FBI: International Season 2 end?
In the Season 2 finale of FBI: International, the Fly Team was tasked with tracking down a stolen Russian missile that was put on the black market in Budapest. The team needed to secure the stolen weapon before it could be brokered into dangerous hands by a mysterious American arms dealer.
They were able to intercept the warhead in transit and have it transferred to an American army base for analysis, but they were not out of danger. When the team was moving an important witness, a bomb went off. Special Agent Raines (Carter Redwood) witnessed the explosion, but it’s unknown if the team got out in time or if the witness was hurt during the blast, meaning the season ended on a pretty big cliffhanger.

FBI: International is already back for a third season. As with FBI and FBI: Most Wanted, the series was renewed for two seasons in May 2022.
