Fans will remember that Otis struck up a secret romance with Severide’s sister after the two bonded over their shared love of board games.

After Otis expresses his discomfort about lying to Severide, he eventually decides to ask the lieutenant for his blessing. While Kelly knew about their blossoming romance, he decided to tease him by pulling out a chainsaw to try and intimidate him. It was quite funny to watch Otis squirm a little.

Shay Doesn’t Know Mouch’s Age (S2 Ep17)

Shay and Gabby on call at a bar

Another underrated moment in the series had to be the miscommunication between Mouch and Shay. Shay decides to help him and directs him to a dating website called ‘Golden Oldeez.’

However, she ends up offending the union representative by suggesting he was 60. The look on her face is priceless as the fans can see she is left with more questions.

Since the bank wouldn’t give them an extension, Cruz and Capp decide to pour cement mix down the toilets.

When a news reporter comes to the station to write a piece on him, Mills is certain he is a fake and sabotages the interview.

However, he soon frets when his friends admit they didn’t know anything about a reporter. In a surprising twist, it was revealed that Mills had nothing to worry about as Boden had set him up. It was quite funny, especially since the Chief is seen as a serious person.

Dawson Vs Herrmann (S4 Ep14)

Jimmy v Antonio in the Battle of the Badges

“All Hard Parts” is deemed to be one of the most iconic episodes as it saw the Fire and Police departments go head-to-head in the ‘Battle of the Badges.’ However, one of the funniest moments also occurred in this episode when Dawson and Herrmann find themselves in the ring.

Since Herrmann embraced his inner-Mickey, he decided to train Jimmy and refused to let Gabby help. When Jimmy asks the paramedic to teach him, Herrmann attempts to prove he is a better trainer and challenges Gabby. As expected, this blows up in Herrmann’s face when Gabby’s right-hook knocks him down. Considering how cocky he was, this was really funny and satisfying to watch.

While Brett and Chilli were trying to attend to the woman, they come across a disgruntled groom, who complains about them not finishing their vows.

Not happy with his lack of concern, Brett then decides to tell the man to stop being a “Groomzilla.” Considering that Brett is quite polite and reserved, fans loved this witty side to her and found the insult delightful. Everyone had a good chuckle at that scene.
