General Hospital replaces Eden McCoy as soap opera makes major change days after actress was at Daytime Emmys with cast
Courtney will temporarily take over the role of Josslyn Jax from actress Eden McCoy, who currently portrays the character, Soap Opera News revealed on Monday.
The Killer Cheer Mom star made her debut as Josslyn on Monday’s episode of General Hospital.
No information has been given as to why Courtney is filling in for Eden.
However, there is a chance it might have something to do with Eden losing her mother.
Eden took to social media in November to share with fans that she lost her mother to cancer.
Even though Eden wasn’t going to be on the show for a while, she still made sure she didn’t miss the 2023 Daytime Emmy Awards.
This year Eden won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Young Performer for her role as Josslyn.
