Tracker Season 2 cast & character guide: Who left and who is coming back to the action drama?

Created by Ben H. Winters, Tracker is an American action drama television series inspired by Jefferey Deaver’s 2019 novel, The Never Game. The series’ first season introduced audiences to the protagonist Colter Shaw, a skilled survival expert and tracker who considers himself a rewardist.

Tracker premiered on CBS in February 2024 and in March, it was announced that the show would be returning for another season.

Although it was originally scheduled to release on October 27, 2024, fans will now see Colter Shaw in his element sooner than expected. However, fans will not see the return of Teddi Bruin played by Robin Weigert in the second season.

Tracker will return to CBS with another season on October 13, 2024. The series will be available for audiences to watch at 8 pm ET/PT. For those who prefer to stream the series, they can catch it on Paramount+.

Tracker Season 2 cast and main characters

1) Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw

Colter Shaw is an expert survivalist and tracker played by Justin Hartley. He travels the country and makes a living by helping police officers and citizens solve complex cases and collecting rewards.

Before playing the protagonist on Tracker, Justin Hartley starred in This is Us, A Bad Moms Christmas, The Noel Diary, Passions, and The Young and the Restless. Along with being an actor, Hartley is also a director and television producer.

2) Abby McEnany as Velma Bruin

Velma Bruin played by Abby McEnany is Teddi’s wife and one of Colter Shaw’s handlers. While she will be returning in the second season, her partner Teddi Bruin will not be returning for a second season.

Before starring in Tracker, Abby McEnany is known for her work in Work in Progress, Roomies, and And Just Like That. McEnany is also a writer and comedian.

3) Eric Graise as Bobby Exley

Eric Graise plays the role of Bobby Exley, a skilled hacker who helps Shaw on the technical front. Shaw often turns to Bobby for intel. Bobby is also a bilateral amputee.

Eric Graise is known as an actor and director who has previously worked in Locke & Key, Queer as Folk, and The Tomorrow War.

4) Fiona Rene as Reenie Greene

Fiona Rene plays the role of Reenie Greene, an attorney who helps Colter Shaw sort his legal troubles. Before meeting Colter Shaw in Ohio, Reenie Greene grew up all around the world on different Air Force Bases.

An actress and producer, Fiona Rene is known for her work in The Lincoln Lawyer, Fire Country, Sinister Squad, Cactus Flower, and I Know What You Did Last Summer.

1) Floriana Lima as Camille Picket

Floriana Lima plays the role of Camille Picket, Colter Shaw’s off-and-on romantic partner for over a decade. In the show, Camille has a sister who disappeared a decade ago and was never found.

Floriana Lima is known for her work in Supergirl, Grey’s Anatomy, A Million Little Things, The Punisher, and Lethal Weapon.

2) Jensen Ackles as Russell Shaw

Jensen Ackles plays the role of Russell Shaw, Colter Shaw’s estranged older brother and one of his two siblings. A former army veteran and a member of the special ops, in the past, Russell was blamed for the death of their father.

Over the two seasons, the brothers reconnect and work through their past. Jensen Ackles is known for his roles in Supernatural, Days of Our Lives, Blonde, and Big Sky.

3) Melissa Roxburgh as Dory

Melissa Roxburgh plays the role of Dory, Colter Shaw’s younger sister and one of his two siblings. She works as a physics professor at Wyoming Science University. Melissa Roxburgh is known for her roles in Supernatural, Manifest, Star Trek Beyond, Valor, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
