ST. LOUIS — Shout it from the rooftops. Or at least from the kitchen.

A restaurant from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is opening downtown next week.

Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay will launch its soft opening on April 17 at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, the hotel announced Wednesday.

The restaurant will accept a “limited” number of reservations, according to the Four Seasons announcement.

Ramsay’s Kitchen replaces Cinder House as the flagship restaurant of the Four Seasons at 999 North Second Street. Cinder House, from acclaimed St. Louis chef Gerard Craft, closed in January after a five-year run.

Ramsay’s Kitchen is one of many restaurants under the umbrella of the Michelin-starred Ramsay, who has also hosted multiple culinary-competition TV shows.

Per the Ramsay’s Kitchen website, the restaurant currently has locations in Boston, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City and Naperville, Illinois.

The menu features such dishes as Korean barbecue-inspired chicken wings, tuna tartare, an Idiot Sandwich (with braised short ribs), a burger, beef Wellington and fish and chips.

The St. Louis location will celebrate its grand opening in June, the Four Seasons said.

The hotel said it would share more details “in the near future.”

Ramsay’s Kitchen will be the third restaurant at the Four Seasons. The hotel opened with the upscale Italian restaurant Cielo, followed by Cinder House.
