“Betrayal, Mystery, and the Resurgence of Spirits: Unveiling the Plot of Ghosts Season 3”

An overarching Ghosts season 3 plot is not available, but now that the Ghosts season 3 premiere has aired and we learned the answer to the season 2 cliffhanger we have an idea of some of the major storylines.

In the final moments of season 2, Sam and Jay notice a light from the house that means that one of the ghosts has been “sucked off,” or has moved on into the next life. The question of who was “sucked off” was answered pretty quickly in the opening moments of season 3, revealing it was Flower (Sheila Carrasco).

Flower’s exit is likely going to have major implications on the rest of the main group, including the other ghosts wondering why they haven’t yet moved on to the next phase of the afterlife and Thor missing Flower after starting a relationship with her last season.Rose McIver and Utkarsh Ambudkar returning as Sam and Jay, the living married couple that run the Woodstone Mansion B&B, with Sam being the one who can see the ghosts that live there.

As for the ghosts, they are played by Brandon Scott Jones (Isaac), Richie Moriarty (Pete), Danielle Pinnock (Alberta), Asher Grodman (Trevor), Rebecca Wisocky (Hetty), Roman Zaragoza (Sasappis), Devan Chandler Long (Thorfinn) and John Hartman (Nigel).

Sheila Carrasco’s Flower was one of the main ghosts for the first two seasons, but after her character was “sucked off” she is no longer a series regular. Though the creatives haven’t shut the door on her returning in some capacity down the road.

One of the first images for Ghosts season 3, which you can see below, also reveal that Tristan D. Lalla, who plays Mark, is also going to returning for some episodes of the new season.
