#OneChicago‘s new faces are bringing some palpable tension to the Windy City in a new promo.

As TVLine reported, Dermot Mulroney has joined Chicago Fire in the series-regular role of Chief Dom Pascal, who replaces the beloved Chief Boden, and the newcomer is already stirring up drama in the below footage.

Given his different leadership style, it’s no surprise that Pascal warns, “There’s going to be changes around the firehouse.”

And there might be more to Pascal than meets the eye, which makes one of 51’s finest suspicious. “There’s something about the new chief that’s a little off,” Severide says.

Meanwhile, Chicago Med‘s new doctor, Dr. Caitlin Lenox (played by Parenthood’s Sarah Ramos), is making her presence known. After Goodwin comments that the hospital needs to rethink how the ED operates, Ramos’ character takes charge, grabbing Dr. Acher’s attention — and not in a good way.

“How old are you?” he asks, to which Dr. Lenox replies, “How old are you?” (Oh, snap!)

Finally, Chicago P.D.’s Voight is burying himself in his work — big surprise! — following last season’s life-and-death ordeal.

Chicago Med Season 10 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 8/7c on NBC, where it will into Chicago Fire Season 13 at 9 pm and then Chicago P.D. Season 12 at 10 pm.
