Bridgerton Season 4: Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha Spill the Tea on Their Characters’ Fate

Catching up with the two stars on the set gives us intimate access to what we can expect from them in season four of Shondaland’s hit Netflix series.

Ahead of Bridgerton season four getting underway in London, we thought it would be pertinent to take a few moments to catch up with its stars, Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha, to ask them what we can expect, what it was like to find out about leading this season, and a few more tidbits without, of course, spoiling anything!

As we recently announced, Ha will take on the role of Sophie Baek, the ambitious maid who sneaks into a ball, where she meets Thompson’s Benedict Bridgerton, still aimless and still looking for something (or somebody) that will direct his life. As with any season of Bridgerton, we live for the chemistry between the leads, and boy, if these two don’t have it, which became clear when we spoke to them on the set recently.

In this exclusive video, it’s refreshing to finally get to see it on-screen. When Thompson lauds Ha’s answers every time he thinks they’re better than his? Adorable. Further, Thompson talks about the depth of Benedict’s pathos, and Ha discusses the emotional response from her mother after finding out she was cast as Sophie. Be sure to watch all the way until the end to see their synchronized chemistry on full display.

As season four gets on a roll, make sure to check out all our incredible Bridgerton content, including behind-the-scenes videos and interviews, profiles, Q&As, and more. And continue to stay tuned to Shondaland.com for more about this upcoming season of Bridgerton as we continue to bring you the best access to its stars and creatives.
