Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey has revealed the one item he took from the show’s set.
The actor, who plays the role of Anthony Bridgerton on the Netflix series, responded to a fan question on The One Show earlier this week (November 29) asking if he had taken any props.
When host Jermaine Jenas then suggested he could have taken “some outfits”, Bailey quipped: “Some loons.
“You know, Anthony’s got his pocket watch, and I tried to take that but they’re really good,” he then said. “I mean there’s moments where you’re running with an IKEA bag on the last day towards the car and they’re chasing you down.
“But at the end of Anthony’s story, the designers did give me the pocket watch, which was amazing. But yeah, the design is just extraordinary,” the star added.
Bailey is currently starring in new gay romantic drama series Fellow Travellers, which has attracted acclaim and recently debuted to a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score.
The Showtime and Paramount+ series sees Bailey and Matt Bomer play two men who enter a relationship at the height of US senator Joseph McCarthy and Roy Cohn’s “Lavender Scare” war in the 1950s.
In other Bridgerton news, star Adjoa Andoh recently gave an update on season three of the Netflix show, telling Digital Spy that the new episodes will be out next year.
“Season three will be coming out next year. That’s been in the can for a while. And with each season, the show gets slightly more fabulous. It gets more complex,” she said.
