When it comes to a Grey’s Anatomy finale, nobody knows where it might end up—but Camilla Luddington is sharing a bit of insight.
Ahead of the season 22 finale airing May 7, there are plenty of loose ends for the show to address, and Camilla—who has played Dr. Jo Wilson since season 9—emphasized the upcoming episode is “so big.”
“It’s huge,” Camilla told E! News in an exclusive interview. “When we were reading at the table read, I was like, ‘How, how are we gonna shoot this? Like we have to shoot it in three weeks. Like how are we gonna do this?’”

And since the finale has officially been shot, the 42-year-old was able to tease a bit of what is to come for her character, especially after returning to work following the traumatic birth of her and Dr. Atticus “Link” Lincoln’s (Chris Carmack) twin baby girls.
“Jo is at a big crossroads at the end of the finale,” Camilla shared. “There are some decisions that she really needs to make in terms of that.”
