Chicago Fire, along with its OneChicago family- Chicago PD and Chicago Med – were not on last night.

A new episode of Chicago Fire hasn’t been on since April 3.

The Season 12 episode, Something About Her, aired that night and since then it has been reruns.

Luckily, for OneChicago fans they will be able to see new episodes on May 1, nearly one month since the dramas had new ones.

Fans can watch all three shows starting at 9/8c on Wednesday on NBC and the next day on Peacock.

After next week, all new episodes will air until the finale next month.

The reason for the constant reruns is because the writers and actors went on strike last year, which made Chicago Fire have a shortened season.

They want to space it out so it ends when it normally does in May.
