With the new season of Chicago Fire quickly approaching, NBC has finally dropped the first photos for the season 13 premiere, “A Monster in the Field,” which provides us with our first glimpses into the new season.
As they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and these photos definitely have us excited to see what’s to come when the new season arrives on Sept. 25.
Via the new photos, we get our first official looks at Dermot Mulroney’s Chief Pascal including what appears to be a somewhat intense conversation with Herrmann. It’s been teased that Pascal will butt heads with some members of the 51 family, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the two don’t exactly hit it off.
Speaking of the smoke shop call, it seems that the 51 team will have their hands full when they respond to a fire at the vaping supplies store which is at the forefront of several photos hinting that it might be our first major call of the season.
Photos see both Truck and Squad responding to the call, giving us a glimpse at several of our favorite characters racing into action to help get civilians to safety.
It seems the season premiere will also bring about several intense exchanges between many members of the 51 team. A series of shots seem to suggest that Carver’s actions in the finale are going to carry over into the new season as he’s seen engaging in an intense conversation with Kidd in a handful of photos from the premiere.
Things also look equally intense between Carver and Violet, which is to be expected after he ghosted in the finale. We’re hoping the pair will be able to work through things, but it’s clear they have a lot of work to do.
Speaking of relationships, we have to wonder whether sparks may soon start flying between 51’s two newest additions as Novak and Damon seem to be getting quite cozy in one particular shot. Maybe we’re reading
