The One Chicago medical drama series Chicago Med has nearly crossed the decade mark on the air, and the procedural has now been renewed for season 10. The announcement came for not only Chicago Med, but all three of the One Chicago shows: Chicago Fire has been renewed for a 13th season, while Chicago PD is renewed for a 12th. The announcement comes without any details on episode count or release window, however, it’s very likely that the upcoming season will be longer than season 9, which was shortened to 9 episodes due to the strikes. The upcoming season is likely to go back to the pre-strike norm, running from Fall to Spring, with 20+ episodes per season.
