First thing’s first, you may be curious as to who Dakota Johnson’s famous parents are. They happen to be Academy Award-nominated actress Melanie Griffith and Miami Vice actor Don Johnson.
Dakota Johnson’s maternal grandmother, Tippi Hedren, is extraordinarily famous as well, best known for her appearances in the Alfred Hitchcock classics, The Birds and Marnie — though Hedren would also allegedly become the object of Hitchcock’s obsession, harassment and cruelty.
