Daniela Ruah is getting in some time for fitness, snapping a photo at the gym that’s serving as inspiration for her fans.
The NCIS star put her toned physique on display in the capture, as she sat on the gym floor with her legs crossed, flexing her arm to show off her bicep.
Ruah took to Instagram on Friday, June 14 to upload the single snapshot, where she donned a light blue sleeveless crop top paired with colorful, graphic-print exercise leggings.
In the snap, her location was tagged as Holmes Place Portugal Premium Health Club, so she’s likely visiting the southern European country. Though the actress is from Boston, Mass., both of her parents are Portuguese-born.
“Me time… 💪🏼,” she simply captioned the image, followed up by the same sentiment written in her family’s native tongue of Portuguese: “Tempo para mim… 💪🏼.”
“Everybody needs that,” one fan responded to the caption’s sentiment in the comment section, before adding, “proud of you.”
“Always stunning! You make working out look glamorous 💪😊!” another gushed, while a third sweetly dubbed her “The most beautiful lady in the world.”
Whether Ruah is traveling for work or with her own family is unclear, however her children did recently wrap up the school year, so it’s possible they’re on a trip together.
On Monday, June 10, the former NCIS: Los Angeles star took to Instagram with a celebratory snapshot of her little ones as they prepared to kick off summer break.
The photo found Ruah’s two kids—son River Isaac Ruah Olsen, 10, and daughter Sierra Esther Ruah Olsen, 7, whom she shares with husband David Paul Olsen—standing outdoors smiling at each other while holding up chalkboard signs that marked their “last day” of school.
