After playing Maya Bishop for seven seasons, Danielle Savre had to say goodbye to the beloved character after the cancellation of Station 19 by the American network ABC. The actress, who was in Paris on June 8 and 9 to attend the First Responders Reunion 3 convention, was able to meet fans of the Grey’s Anatomy spin-off for photos and autographs and chat with them during Q&A sessions. Danielle Savre confided that she has landed a role in an NBC project that will begin filming this week and air on the network in the fall. Although the American actress did not reveal the name of the project in question or any further information about the character she will be playing, she does confide that it will be strange to play a role other than Maya Bishop.
